New York City Council proposed legislation, Intro 1378, to ban foie gras sales in New York, would have a devastating impact on the lives of thousands of New Yorkers, with no tangible benefit. Let your representative know that you oppose this ban, and urge any New York City Council member considering the ban to visit one of New York’s Foie Gras farms to see the humane treatment of the animals and speak with the farm workers.

Before you take any further action, I'd encourage you to visit one of these farms and see first hand how animal rights activists are misrepresenting how animals are really raised.
